Terms & Conditions

DroneLens Media Service Agreement & Terms of Use

1. Introduction & Agreement

By accessing this website and booking our services, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. DroneLens Media ("the Company," "We," "Us") provides professional aerial media and inspection services subject to the following regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our site and services.

2. Scheduling & Order Confirmation

All service requests are subject to review. We will reach out via phone or email within 24 business hours of your inquiry to confirm project details, verify airspace compliance, and finalize your appointment time.

3. Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines

We pride ourselves on rapid local delivery for our Simcoe County partners.

  • Standard Photography: Delivered within 24–48 hours post-shoot.

  • Video & Inspection Reports: Delivered within 48–72 hours depending on the complexity of the data processing.

  • Note: Timelines may be extended for large estates or complex industrial inspections. We will notify you in advance if an extension is required.

4. Expedited "Rush" Services

Requests for delivery in under 24 hours are considered "Rush Orders." These are subject to availability and will incur a Rush Fee. No rush delivery is guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by us in writing.

5. Site Readiness & Preparation

DroneLens Media provides high-end capture and data; we do not provide cleaning or staging.

  • Client Responsibility: The property must be "camera-ready" upon the pilot's arrival. This includes interior tidying and exterior debris removal.

  • Hands-Off Policy: To protect both parties, our pilots will not move furniture, vehicles, or personal items. If a site is not ready, the shoot may be rescheduled at the Client's expense.

6. Operational Safety & Liability
  • Access Permissions: The Client warrants they have obtained all necessary permissions from property owners and neighbors for DroneLens Media to operate cameras and UAVs (drones) at the site.

  • Pilot Authority: The Pilot-in-Command (PIC) has the final say on flight safety. Flights may be grounded due to weather (high winds/rain) or NAV Canada restrictions.

  • Limitation of Liability: While we take extreme care, DroneLens Media is not liable for incidental damage to property during the shoot. Our liability is strictly limited to the total retail value of the services ordered.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage License

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DroneLens Media retains full copyright of all media produced.

  • Granted License: Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-transferable license to use the media for the marketing of the specific property address listed in the order.

  • Restrictions: You may not sell, sub-license, or redistribute our high-resolution files to third-party contractors (e.g., roofers or architects) without our express permission.

8. Digital Compliance (Cookies & Privacy)

Our website utilizes cookies to enhance user experience and track funnel performance. By using this site, you consent to our use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. External Links & Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for content appearing on external websites that link to us. We reserve the right to request the removal of any link to DroneLens Media that we deem inappropriate or damaging to our brand reputation.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by Ontario law, DroneLens Media provides its services "as is" without additional warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our media or reports.
